WHO AM I?
Vlad Shatrov - Team Salomon, Sunnto Pro Athlete, Runlab Founder & Head Coach, Blackmores Official Trainer and Sponsored Athlete.
I recently won the Tarawera Miler in course record time and am training for a number of races and events now in late 2020 - I've taken the approach of working on a strength based phase in my training. I love coaching runners and seeing them progress and achieving their impossible.
My life is running and coaching. I founded RUNLAB and am the head coach. We specialise in group running training sessions in the Hunter and Sydney NSW. Over many years I've worked on making trail running interval sessions more specific but also efficient. Developing accelerated improvements in relatively short sessions and seeing great results for our runners.
Now I'm bringing you just the first taste of such types of sessions. I've put together this 8 week program so we can work with more runners to improve in the current conditions. This has given me a chance to share my years of experience as a runner, coach and professional racer.
